📚 Course Highlight: Introduction to Criminal Justice ⚖️
This course provides students with a strong framework to understand the ins and outs of the U.S. legal system and how it impacts their lives. Students explore civil law and criminal law through engaging class lectures, readings, discussions, court simulations, and films.
Designed for students in grades 11–12, this course is strongly recommended for those interested in careers in law enforcement, sociology, politics, and other fields related to the legal system.
Intro to Criminal Justice is offered as a transcripted credit class in cooperation with Chippewa Valley Technical College. Students who earn an 80% or higher in the class, also earn a credit from CVTC.
Recently, the class welcomed Village of Strum Chief of Police, Chief Marsolek, who shared real-world insights into his career and experiences in law enforcement.

Ms. Wienke’s student teacher led the class in a fun lesson exploring their new vocab word, “huddle,” as part of their weather module!

A few of our high school students stopped by the elementary to lend a hand , and Blake was right there helping out! Could this moment be any sweeter?
Together, they moved a hydroponics tower down to one of the 5K classrooms. Our high school Agriculture class partners with our 5-year-olds to grow plants through the winter.
