Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
The School District Eleva-Strum is excited to partner with CVTC to offer High School Academies. Eleva-Strum is committed to providing a wide variety of opportunities for students to support their individual goals after high school. Academies allow students to pursue in-depth coursework in a career field of interest taught by CVTC instructors or Eleva-Strum instructors through transcripted credit. They’re a series of courses that lead to a degree program and are available virtually and in-person, during the school year, and over the summer. Because of our partnership, Eleva-Strum students can apply for the below academies right now for the 2021-2022 school year:
- Virtual Healthcare Academy
- Face to Face Healthcare Academy
- Virtual College Transfer Academy
- Face to Face College Transfer Academy
- Virtual Business Management Academy (current 8th and 9th grade students only)
Other Academies of interest that students can register for on January 1st include:
- IT-Software Development Specialist
- Emergency Medical Technician
- Intro to Health Information
- Heating, Air Condition, & Refrigeration (HVACR)
