On April 7th, 2020 the School District of Eleva-Strum will be holding a 3-year $575,000 non-recurring operating referendum. - Question: Shall the School District of Eleva-Strum, Trempealeau and Eau Claire Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $575,000 per year for three years beginning with the 2020-2021 school year and ending with the 2022-2023 school year, for non-recurring purposes consisting of ongoing maintenance and educational programming? ☐ YES ☐ NO
