Cardinal Athletes, your fall sports are approaching rapidly! In order be eligible to participate in practice and games all of our athletes must have a sports physical performed (grades 7,9,11), or an alternate year card filled out (grades 8, 10, 12), prior to the beginning of the season. Prevea health care will be in Eau Claire on August 2nd & 5th providing athletic physicals for $20. Make sure to get you physicals taken care of prior to the start of your season.
